Milk Thistle Extract

MILK THISTLE EXTRACT is made from a tall herb with prickly leaves and a “milky” sap that is indigenous to Europe. It acts as an antioxidant by reducing free radical production in the body and this is believed to create a detoxifying effect.  It has also been shown to reduce insulin resistance and cholesterol.  It also helps reduce and repair the damage to the liver caused by alcohol, a high fat diet and many prescription medicines.
