Coenzyme Q10 (Co-Q10) C) is a nutrient that occurs naturally in the body. Co-Q10 is also in many foods we eat. Co-Q10 acts as an antioxidant, which protects cells from damage and plays an important part in the metabolism process. It is also a precursor to Co-Enzyme A, notable for its role in the synthesis and oxidation of fatty acids and the oxidation of pyruvate in the citric acid cycle.

Each capsule contains:
Ubiquinone (Co-Enzyme Q10) 150mg
Bio-Perine (Black Pepper) extract 20mg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose
No artificial colourants or flavouring
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Consult a healthcare provider if you are taking blood thinners, blood pressure medication or cancer medication. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (approx. 21° C).
