Each capsule contains:

Calcium Glycinate                        100mg
Boron AAC 5%                                100mg
Fulvic acid                                      100mg
Potassium aspertate                   75mg
Magnesium Glycinate                 50mg
Zinc bisglycinate                          20mg
Silica dioxide                                 10mg
Manganese sulphate                  2mg
Chromium polynicotinate          1mg
Copper AAC 10%                           1mg
Lithium orotate                             1mg
Molybdenum AAC 0.2                 1mg
Selenium AAC 20%                      1mg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose
No artificial colourants or flavouring

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (approx. 21° C). Keep lid tightly closed. Keep in original packaging until required for use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
