Each capsule contains:
Menaquinone MK-7 (Vitamin K2) 120mcg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose, Medium-chain triglycerides
No artificial colourants or flavourings.
Directions for use:
Take 1 to 2 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are taking blood thinners, chronic medications or receiving dialysis please consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to taking Vitamin K2.
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (approx. 21° C). Keep lid tightly closed. Keep in original packaging until required for use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
